Policies

We ship tracked to the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat $24 and complimentary on orders over $500. Orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

If your piece is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of delivery by replying to your order confirmation. Return it unused and in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at your expense unless the piece arrived damaged.

Every piece is handmade, so small irregularities and variations from the photographs are a natural part of the work and not faults.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and to send the newsletter if you ask for it. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment and shipping details. We never see or store your full card number.

If you join the newsletter we keep your email address with our email provider, Resend, until you unsubscribe. We do not sell your information. Your cart is stored only in your own browser, and we use one short-lived cookie to return you to a checkout already in progress.

Prices are in US dollars. Each piece is one of a kind and is reserved for you for 30 minutes once you begin checkout. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. Taxes and any import duties are the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.
